Keeping Girls in School: The Impact of the PrincessD Menstrual Cup

Menstruation should never be a barrier to education, dignity, or opportunity. The PrincessD Menstrual Cup is more than a product—it is a movement committed to empowering girls and women through sustainable menstrual health solutions.

Designed with medical-grade silicone and lasting up to 10 years, the PrincessD Menstrual Cup offers a safe, eco-friendly, and cost-effective alternative to traditional sanitary products. It is reusable, hygienic, and tailored to meet the needs of young girls and women across diverse communities, especially those in under-resourced areas.

Through strategic partnerships, education programmes, and advocacy, PrincessD is contributing directly to the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)—particularly:

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being – Promoting safe and healthy menstrual practices.

SDG 4: Quality Education – Helping girls stay in school during their menstrual cycle by removing the financial and logistical barriers to sanitary care.

SDG 5: Gender Equality – Breaking menstrual taboos and empowering girls with dignity and confidence.

SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation – Supporting menstrual hygiene management with sustainable practices.

SDG 12: Responsible Consumption and Production – Reducing waste from disposable sanitary products.

PrincessD stands at the intersection of health, education, and empowerment. By ensuring girls do not miss school due to menstruation, we are investing in their future—and in turn, the future of their communities.

Let us continue to champion innovation that uplifts, sustains, and transforms lives. Together, we can #KeepGirlsInSchool and build a more equal world.

Let’s break the silence, challenge the stigma and empower girls to thrive with confidence and pride.
