They have held leadership positions in various organizations, including Grupo Rio Quente as a Supply Chain Manager and Hypera as a Project Manager for SAP in IT. Reginaldo has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, negotiation, and the integration of supply chain processes during mergers and acquisitions. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Universidade Federal de São Carlos and an MBA in Accounting and Finance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas.
