Principia is a publicly-owned company managing complex urban regeneration projects.
We operate throughout Italy, integrating strategic vision, effective tools, and public-private partnerships to create value for communities and territories.
For over ten years we were Arexpo, key players in transforming a major urban void into an innovation ecosystem.
Today, that experience evolves. With our new name, Principia, we broaden our vision and ambitions, taking the lead in regenerating public spaces across Italy and building cities that are more livable, inclusive, and sustainable.

Our approach is guided by three fundamental pillars:
- Long-term vision, turning each project into a lasting legacy for communities.
- Environmental, economic, and social sustainability, driving all our decisions.
- Operational expertise, built upon years of experience managing large-scale public areas.
