Based in Sydney, Australia, Principle is a leading placement agent and advisor to the Australasian institutional investment market. The firm focuses on alternative asset classes and specialises in the development of investment offerings and capital raising.

Principle represents a select number of investment managers each year, including some of the world’s leading alternatives managers in private equity, infrastructure and hedge funds, as well as unlisted credit strategies.

In our advisory work we emphasise the specific needs of institutional investors in the design of investment offerings. We seek to ensure that investment managers take products to market that will withstand the due diligence scrutiny of highly sophisticated investors and asset consultants.

Our relationships with local institutional investors are deep and long-standing. Our clients benefit from the team's extensive combined experience in consulting and capital raising across diverse markets and investment strategies.
