Principle Automotive was founded on a simple mission: to make the automotive experience feel welcoming, transparent and built around people.

From our early days in the 1950s, growing into a respected automotive group and becoming one of Texas’s fastest-growing independent dealerships, Principle Automotive has always focused on exceptional vehicle care and real value. Our future is thoughtfully evolving –with new brands, state-of-the-art facilities and innovative technologies while keeping your needs at the center of it all.

Our purpose is to help people move through life in a meaningful way by providing exceptional value from start to finish. Our team takes the time to understand your needs, communicate openly and ensure your best interests guide every decision. That's our Principle Promise.

We are an associate-first culture. We invest in innovative technologies and top-of-the-line programs to make our associates’ lives easier, the path to career growth and their daily tasks more efficient. Working in a great team culture for a company that puts its associates first is what you can look forward to each day at one of our dealerships, service centers or our corporate office. Explore career opportunities on our website.

We make a difference where it matters. The people who make up our team are active participants in our local communities and grassroots projects. Meaningful impact comes from showing up – through charitable support, hands-on involvement, building connections and leading by example with our Principle in Motion initiative.
