Nancy Luster

Nancy Luster is an experienced project manager currently employed at Principle Group since November 2010, where responsibilities include planning and organizing products and services for timely sourcing and procurement activities while coordinating brand implementation for Chrysler, BMW, and Cricket. Prior to this role, Nancy held several leadership positions at Sea Ray Boats from February 1979 to October 2008, including Senior Dealer Operations Advisor, Vice President of Customer Service, and Vice President General Manager of Manufacturing, demonstrating a strong track record in dealer certification, customer service restructuring, and manufacturing operations. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Leadership Studies from Lincoln Memorial University, along with completed coursework in Management from Tusculum University and an Associate of Applied Science in Management from East Tennessee State University.
