Jonathan Malan

Jonathan Malan is the current head of HR at PrinterLogic. Before that, they were a partner at IsoTalent for seven months. Prior to that, they were the VP of Human Resources at Vasion for three years and one month. Before that, they were with MetaSource for three years and one month, where they held positions as VP of Human Resources and Sr. Director of Human Resources.

At PrinterLogic, Jonathan is responsible for leading the HR function and overseeing HR operations. Jonathan has been instrumental in aligning recruiting processes and reducing the reliance on staffing agencies, which has resulted in a 50% reduction in time to fill and agency fees. Jonathan has also overseen the selection, evaluation, and implementation of HR systems, which has resulted in annual savings of $25,000. In addition, Jonathan has created and delivered over 100 leader and new hire training programs.

At Vasion, Jonathan was responsible for leading the transformation of HR to be globally-aligned, data-driven, and forward-thinking. Jonathan also oversaw the restructuring of administrative costs associated with international employees, which resulted in savings of $350,000 in the first year.

At MetaSource, Jonathan was hired to rebuild and modernize the HR department and to implement HR strategies that would support the company's rapid business growth. Jonathan oversaw HR operations, recruiting, and learning & development functions for seven corporate offices during a time of high growth. During their tenure, they were able to reduce the time to fill from an average of 50+ days to less than 22 days. Jonathan also reduced agency usage from 25% to 5% or less over a three-year period.

Jonathan Malan has an MBA from Brigham Young University and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the HR Certification Institute and as a PHR by SHRM.
