Ken M. began their career in 2011 as a Technical Support Specialist for Provo City. In 2012, they moved to Miller Retail Properties as an IT Security Administrator, managing network security devices, maintaining and reviewing PCI compliance, and managing active directory group assignments and user creation. In 2013, Ken M. became a Network Engineer for SkyWest Airlines. In 2015, they joined PrinterLogic as a Senior Product Manager, working closely with customers to ensure their needs are met. Ken also worked with continuous delivery agile teams to build and define product requirements, write user stories, prioritize development, define the roadmap, install proof of concepts, and drive the go-to-market strategy. In addition, Ken M. acted as the Enterprise Architect for PrinterLogic's Healthcare Team, performing customer and market research to focus the development of further integrations with EMR software partners, single-sign on products, and other healthcare related solutions. Ken also held the role of Lead System Engineer - Enterprise.
Ken M. obtained a Bachelor's Degree in IT, Network Design and Management from Western Governors University from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's Degree from Dixie State University from 2009 to 2011. Ken M. also holds certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, CIWcertified, Palo Alto Networks, and Cisco. These include MCSA Office 365, CompTIA Project, JavaScript Specialist, Accredited Configuration Engineer, Web Design Specialist, Web Foundations Associate, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, CompTIA A ce, CompTIA Network ce, and CCENT.
