Steve Rengers has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Steve currently holds the position of Sr Vice President at Zeda (formerly PrinterPrezz / Vertex Manufacturing) since September 2021. Steve's earlier experience includes working at Morris Technologies as the VP of Advanced Technologies and Manufacturing from 2007 to 2012. Steve played a crucial role in the overall growth and development of the company, making it the number one supplier of metal laser powder-bed additive manufacturing worldwide. Steve also served as the Operations Manager at Morris Technologies from 2005 to 2007, where they industrialized several rapid prototyping processes.

Steve's career began at Hill-Rom in 1998, where they held various positions including Production Line Supervisor and Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer. Steve progressively took on positions of increasing responsibility, leading to the premier bed assembly line with 69 direct reports and 65 beds per day. Their responsibilities included supervising multiple departments, managing engineering projects, ensuring regulatory compliance, and optimizing production processes.

Steve Rengers pursued higher education with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati from 1993 to 1998. Following this, they enrolled in Xavier University and completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Business/Commerce, General, spanning from 2000 to 2002.
