Kristel Moncarey is currently serving as the Global Support and QA Director at PrintFactory, having previously held the role of QA and Support Manager. With extensive experience in quality management and technical leadership at Barco Graphics, Gardners, and Dotrix - Agfa Graphics, Kristel has built a solid foundation in the printing industry. Kristel earned a Master's degree in Applied Economics with Honours from Vrije Universiteit Brussel between 1994 and 1998.
