Ilva Gulane

Ilva Gulane has a diverse work experience in Human Resources and executive roles. Ilva started as a Travel Agent at Latvia Tours in 2005 and then worked as an Executive Assistant and HR Specialist at Eco Baltia. Ilva later served as the Head of the Chairman's Office at Latvia China Business Council. Ilva then moved on to Eleving Group, initially as an HR Department Manager and later as the Group CHRO. This was followed by their role as HR Department Manager at SIA Aizdevums.lv. Ilva then became the Head of HR Latvia at Arvato Systems Latvia, where they eventually took on the role of Head of HR Latvia & Estonia. Currently, they are the HR Operations Lead at Printify. Throughout their career, Ilva has been involved in developing and implementing HR policies, team management, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, HR reporting, and more.

Ilva Gulane started their education at Riga Hanza Secondary School from 1996 to 2003. Ilva then pursued Technical Translation at Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2003 to 2007. In 2001 to 2002, they completed an Exchange Year at Skyview High School, AK, USA. Later, from 2018 to 2021, Ilva obtained a Professional degree in Personnel Psychology & HR Management from the College of Business Administration. Additionally, they obtained various certifications related to personnel management, recruitment, business training, customer service, and record management over the years.
