Jānis Lāma

Jānis Lāma has extensive experience in Agile coaching and training, as well as organizational development across various industries. Jānis has held roles such as Agile Trainer, Agile Coach, Partner at GEDVILLO Consulting, Head of Product Operations at Printify, and Chief Scrum Master/Agile Coach at Evolution Gaming. Jānis has worked with a wide range of companies, including TWINO, RISEBA University, and SOLID REASON, helping them implement Agile methodologies and achieve organizational agility. Jānis has also been actively involved in Agile community events and organizations such as Agile Latvia and Agile Lean Europe.

Jānis Lāma obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematician-Statistician from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2000 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended the Danish Commercial Secondary School from 1995 to 1998, focusing on Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Business German language, and Informatics. Additionally, Jānis Lāma has obtained multiple certifications in the field of Agile methodologies and leadership starting from 2012 up to 2022.
