Līga Ilsuma has over four years of experience in customer support roles. Līga started as a Customer Support Operator at IBANPAY in May 2016 and later became a Customer Support Shift Leader. In August 2020, Līga joined Printify as a Customer Support Specialist and eventually progressed to the role of Merchant Support Group Lead in August 2021.
From 2017 to 2021, Līga Ilsuma attended Jazepa Vitola Latvijas Muzikas Akademija, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sound Engineering.
