Director, HR - Talent And Learning at Printpack

Amy Stephens, PHR, has over 30 years of work experience, primarily in the HR and talent development field. Amy started their career at Printpack, Inc. in 1989 as a Management Trainee before moving up to roles such as Order Entry Supervisor and Development Specialist. Amy then became a Corporate Consultant, where they developed and implemented a company-wide Performance Management system. Amy later served as an OD Projects Manager and Training Manager, overseeing Associate Development responsibilities and managing budgets. In 2004, they became an Independent Consultant/Trainer before returning to Printpack as an Organization and Talent Development Leader. Amy then held the position of HR Manager for Learning and Development, where they developed a strategic vision for the function and led various initiatives such as executive development and the implementation of a mentoring program. Amy is currently the Director of HR, with a focus on Talent and Learning.

Amy Stephens, PHR has a Master of Science degree in Management - Organizational Behavior from Georgia State University, which they obtained from 1992 to 1995. Amy also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Furman University, earned from 1984 to 1988. In addition to their academic qualifications, Amy has obtained various certifications, including "Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging" from LinkedIn in 2020, "HR as a Business Partner" from LinkedIn in 2019, and a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Amy has also completed several workshops and training programs, such as "Implementing Winning Strategies" from Columbia Business School and "Behavioral Interviewing Workshop" from Select International.
