Arnoldo Meneses

Arnoldo Meneses is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing HR operations across various organizations. Currently, as Human Resources Manager at Printpack since August 2021, Arnoldo leads a team responsible for recruitment, training, organizational development, and employee relations in the Guadalajara plant. Prior to this role, Arnoldo served as Human Resources Manager at Cartographic, overseeing HR functions for three plants and managing a team of eight. Arnoldo also held the position of Corporate HR Manager at Corporativo IMT, where responsibilities included national HR process optimization and program implementation. Previous experience includes roles at Health Mexicana S.A. de C.V., Grupo ampm, and Alexa Corporacion, focusing on talent development, training strategy, and organizational communication. Arnoldo holds a degree in Administration and Industrial Relations from Universidad Panamericana and completed an English program at PLI Institute in Canada.
