Ashley Halfman

Ashley Halfman has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Ashley started their career as an Associate at Jones Day, where they focused on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Ashley then moved on to Hartman Simons & Wood LLP as a Corporate Attorney. Following that, Ashley joined Miller & Martin PLLC, where they became a Partner and advised clients on various legal matters including entity formation, deal structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. Currently, Ashley holds the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Printpack.

Ashley Halfman earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from the University of Georgia School of Law from 1999 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology at Birmingham-Southern College from 1993 to 1997.
