Bria Watt

Bria Watt, MS, is a Human Resources professional with diverse experience in recruitment, employee onboarding, and safety initiatives. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist II at Printpack since February 2020, Bria focuses on reducing employee turnover and supporting campus safety teams. Previously, Bria held roles including Human Resources Coordinator, where responsibilities included recruitment initiatives and employee engagement, and Human Resources Intern, where duties encompassed candidate sourcing and developing employee recognition programs. Prior experience at the University of West Georgia includes positions as a Student Administrative Assistant III in the Housing and Residence Life Department and a Teacher Assistant. Bria holds a Master’s degree in Leadership and Human Resource Development from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia.
