David Foster has extensive experience in the field of engineering and business development within the packaging industry. Currently serving as the Director of Research and Development at Printpack since July 2004, David leads technology initiatives aimed at growth in both current and emerging markets for the company's Rigid business. Prior to this role, David held several positions at Pactiv from September 1999 to July 2004, including Global Business Development Manager, Product Development Manager, and Product Development Engineer III. Additionally, David began his career as a Plant Process Engineer at Toray Plastics America from June 1995 to September 1999. David holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 1994 and 1992, respectively.
