Pat Marquart has over three decades of experience in leadership and emergency services. Since September 1991, Pat has served as the Plant Manager at Printpack, Inc., where responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring efficiency. Prior to this, Pat served in the United States Air Force from July 1983 to July 1990 as a Firefighter/EMT, gaining extensive skills in emergency response and safety protocols.
