Paul Pritchett

Director, Sales Operations at Printpack

Paul Pritchett has an extensive work experience in various companies within the industry. Paul began their career at International Paper in 1994, where they held various commercial roles, including marketing management and sales, until 1998. Paul then became the Market Optimization Process Leader for International Paper until 1999.

In 1999, Paul joined Rock-Tenn Company as the Director of Marketing until 2002.

Paul then moved to Smith Container Corporation in 2003, where they served as the Marketing Director for a year.

Paul's most recent position was at Printpack, Inc., where they held several roles. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Market Manager, successfully launching a new product. Paul then moved on to become the Sales, Marketing & Technical Manager from 2007 to 2013, leading a team through a significant business transformation. In 2013, they took on the role of a Market Development Manager, contributing to the company's sustainability efforts. Their most recent position at Printpack was as the Director of Sales Operations from 2015 onwards, where they focused on improving sales team performance and promoting excellence and consistency across the organization.

Paul Pritchett received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Virginia Commonwealth University. Paul also obtained an MBA in Marketing from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business. In addition to their formal education, Paul has earned certifications in areas such as change management and agility, client facilitation for strategic selling, and sommelier training.
