Rob Waller

Rob Waller is an experienced plant manager with a strong background in maintenance, operations, and engineering across multiple manufacturing environments. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Printpack since September 2019, Rob previously held key leadership roles, including Maintenance Director at Berry Global, Inc., where management of multi-site maintenance operations was achieved, and Plant Manager at Westech Building Products, overseeing production and operational efficiencies. With expertise in process improvement, project management, and team development, Rob also has held various technical and managerial positions at Aventine Renewable Energy, DSM Engineering Plastics, PolyOne, and International Cryogenics Inc. Rob holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
