Heather B. has extensive experience in operations and project management, currently serving in an operations role at Print Tech of Western PA since December 2021, where responsibilities include project management, analysis of departmental efficiencies, and facilities management. Previously, at Matthews International from January 2021 to November 2021, Heather held the position of Production Planner, focusing on continuous improvement in quality and process while managing production planning. At AlphaGraphics, from April 2014 to January 2021, Heather served as both Production Manager and Project Manager, implementing quality programs, managing production schedules, and coordinating client requests. Heather’s career began at EDMC, where from March 2003 to April 2014, responsibilities included project management for academic publications and event planning, along with coordinating training and compliance with federal regulations.
