If the problem cannot be fixed by the operator, the software escalates to the maintenance team – and using our Wiki tool and Live Collaboration - can assist with more complex problems.

We have applied our technical skills, expertise and technology tools to assist people running the manufacturing line. Our tools are easy to use and can reduce the workload of the technical maintenance, engineering, and supervisory staff.
