Hi, my name is Tracy. I coach women and men to navigate the chaos of mid-life and reinvent themselves thanks to it. I motivate them to be brave, adapt, so they can thrive despite the changes happening to their body, family dynamics, career and relationships, or overall self-confidence.

What do I love about being a life coach?
Everything! With an empathic ear and a straightforward approach, I get to help people help themselves. By listening, asking insightful questions, and guiding them toward their own answers, I empower them to create actionable plans that move them from where they are to where they want to be.

Why focus on mid-life?
I believe we can either let this season of life throw us off-course or we can choose to see it as an opportunity to put ourselves on a new path…a path for the second half of our life that connects WHO we have become to WHERE we truly want to be. Reinventing myself at 55 was a game changer and I want everyone to know how great it feels to be on the right path.

On a personal note, I am an adventurous, innovative, self-reliant collaborator who advocates for personal growth and alignment. My Strengths are Context, Individualization, Relator, Maximizer, and Developer. I am a mother, volleyball player, and hockey fan who loves to travel and be on the water.
