Kb Birdsall

KB Birdsall is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in design, project management, and talent development. Currently serving as a People & Culture Specialist at Priority Designs since January 2014, KB focuses on enhancing organizational culture and employee engagement. Previous roles include team leadership and project management positions within the Soft Goods sector, where KB led design initiatives for diverse clients and developed effective processes from conception to production. Prior experience includes managing outdoor education programs and equipment at La Vida Center for Outdoor Education, as well as overseeing design and prototyping at Equinox Ltd. KB holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from Columbus College of Art & Design.
