Renae Lewis

Renae Lewis is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Priority Designs since March 2023. Prior to this role, Renae was the Total Rewards Manager at Donatos Pizza, where responsibilities included developing cost-effective compensation strategies and overseeing associate rewards. Renae also served as the Director of Human Resources at Lextant, acting as a strategic partner and employee advocate. Earlier career experiences include positions as Store Team Leader and ETL-Human Resources at Target, managing substantial business operations and overseeing HR processes, as well as Area Sales Manager at Elder-Beerman. Renae is pursuing an M.S. in Human Resource Management at Franklin University and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Dayton.
