Ken Hotaling

Ken Hotaling has over 30 years of experience in emergency dispatch and management. Since 1996, Ken has held the positions of Client Services Manager and Training Consultant at Priority Dispatch, while also serving as an Instructor at the International Academies of Emergency Dispatch. Before these roles, Ken spent 16 years at Alamo EMS, where responsibilities included General Manager, Communications Manager, Projects Manager, and Supervisor. Ken's educational background includes an Associate's Degree in Human Services from Columbia Greene Community College and a Certificate in Paramedicine from Hudson Valley Community College.
