Michelle Allen

Michelle Allen is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in emergency services and nursing. Currently serving as a Registered Nurse at AdventHealth since March 2024, Michelle has also held the role of Quality Assurance Instructor at IAED since June 2013, specializing in medical and fire protocols. As a Software Instructor at Priority Dispatch since August 2007, Michelle has contributed to the training of personnel on software applications. Previous roles include RN Extern at Northside Hospital, E911 Operations Manager at Clayton County Police, and Director of Communications for ChatComm/iXP Georgia, overseeing 911 communications for multiple cities. Michelle's career in emergency services began in 1991 as a Police Dispatcher at Kennesaw State University, subsequently working in various E911 positions. Educationally, Michelle holds a BSN from Chamberlain University and has pursued healthcare science and criminal justice studies at Chattahoochee Technical College and the University of Phoenix, respectively.
