Zilpha Bradshaw is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in creating training materials and online courses. Currently serving as a Senior Instructional Designer at Priority Dispatch since August 2013, Zilpha specializes in developing resources for 9-1-1 Dispatchers. Additionally, Zilpha has been contributing to Utah Valley University in the role of Instructional Designer since October 2012, focusing on the creation of online courses within the Distance Education program. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Instructional Design and Technology from the University of North Dakota and a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
