Jake Chaffee

Jake Chaffee, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacy professional currently serving as the Director of Pharmacy for Government Programs at Priority Health since December 2019. Previously, Jake held positions as Manager of Pharmacy Services at Priority Health and as a Clinical Pharmacist specializing in Emerging Therapies at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan from June 2016 to December 2019. Earlier in the career, Jake gained experience as a Pharmacy Intern at Meijer from July 2013 to June 2016 and as a Patient Care Coordinator at Diplomat from May 2008 to May 2010. Jake Chaffee earned the Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Ferris State University between 2010 and 2016.
