Jane Decoeur

Jane DeCoeur is a seasoned Business Intelligence Analyst with extensive experience at Priority Health since May 2016, progressing from Associate to Senior Analyst. In the Senior role, Jane focuses on process improvement through the development of dashboards and reports while promoting knowledge-sharing and collaboration within teams. Jane's prior accomplishments include designing a Tableau dashboard for executives, automating tasks to save significant time, and identifying claims for special processing that yielded substantial savings for the organization. Jane began their career with Spectrum Health as a System Quality Analytics Intern, where contributions included developing a Tableau dashboard and supporting sensitive data analysis. Jane holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Statistics, Business, and Mathematics from Grand Valley State University.
