Mark Woodruff

Mark Woodruff is a Fund Partner in Global Power at I Squared Capital, where they have worked since 2013, focusing on infrastructure investments in energy, transportation, and water. They served on the board of directors for various companies, including Asian Genco, Lincoln Clean Energy, and Clean Energy Systems, and they played significant roles at AES over a 20-year career. Mark is also a founder and former Managing Partner of MLW Energy Ventures, specializing in energy and infrastructure sectors. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Delaware and an Executive Business degree from Stanford University. Currently, Mark is involved in multiple leadership roles, including Chairman of the Board at Priority Power and RPower LLC.
