Roger Kienast, P.E. has a diverse work experience spanning various engineering roles. Roger currently serves as the Project Engineering Group Lead at Priority Power INC since April 2021. Roger also has experience working at ComEd as a Sr. Power Distribution Design Engineer from June 2008 to April 2012. Their early engineering experience includes an internship at Dietrich Industries, Inc in 2007 and a research internship at the University of Virginia in 2006. Roger began their career as a Field Electrician at Action Electrical Company in 2004 and 2005. Throughout their career, Roger has demonstrated skills in project management, cost estimation, engineering design, and coordination.

Roger Kienast, P.E. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Roger then pursued further education in the field of Sustainable Energy Systems at Rock Valley College from 2011 to 2012. In May 2017, they obtained the certification of Professional Engineer from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
