Brad Miller has extensive experience in the legal field, particularly as a General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer. Brad started their career as an Of Counsel at Kilpatick Townsend & Stockton in 1996, where they worked until 2007. Brad then joined United Community Bank as the General Counsel & Chief Risk Officer, and later became the EVP/General Counsel & Corporate Secretary. In 2020, they joined Priority Technology Holdings as their General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer.

Brad Miller attended the Parker College of Business-Georgia Southern University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Management. Following this, from 1993 to 1995, they attended the John Marshall Law School and earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
