Lisa Grubish has over two decades of experience in telecommunications and customer service management. Currently serving as Manager of Service Delivery at Priority Payment Systems since August 2010, Lisa specializes in implementing and supporting voice solutions for both on-site and remote call center functions. Prior roles include Business Analyst for Merchant Optimization & Development, Team Manager at RYLA Inc. overseeing AT&T Mobility customer service agents, and various support and management positions at Pay By Touch Payment Solutions, 3Delta Systems, Nova Information Systems, and other companies. Lisa holds a B.S. in Communication Systems Management from Ohio University. Notably, Lisa received the Circle of Excellence Award in April 2015.
