Logan Cloak currently serves as the Director of Finance and Operations at Priority Rollfi, starting in December 2024, following a role on the founding team of Rollfi from March 2022 to December 2024, which was acquired by Priority Commerce. Previous experience includes working as an Intelligence Analyst at CB Insights from August 2021 to January 2022 and holding various positions at Luminar Technologies from May 2017 to August 2021, including Financial Analyst and Treasury Analyst. Logan was also the President and Co-Founder of the Private Equity & Venture Capital Club at the University of Central Florida and an Analyst Intern at Florida Angel Nexus, contributing to the network's expansion across the state. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
