Aaron Wenta

Aaron Wenta has a diverse work experience with positions in various industries. Aaron is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations - Goss Logistics at Priority1 since April 2021. In this role, they are responsible for providing clients with freight transportation services across the US and Canada.

Prior to their current position, Aaron worked at Comcast as a Human Resources Specialist II from November 2020 to March 2021. Aaron supported over 80,000 employees, handled payroll-related matters, and provided technical support during the HRIS integration process.

Aaron also has experience as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems (formerly known as Lab Support) from October 2018 to May 2020. Aaron was responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Before that, they worked as a Tour Counselor at Rein Teen Tours from June 2017 to August 2018. Additionally, they held the role of Senior Manager for Staff Development at Rutgers University Student Centers from October 2014 to June 2018.

In 2016, Aaron briefly served as an On Site Coordinator at Rutgers Division of Continuing Studies.

Aaron Wenta obtained a BA in Human Resources Management from Rutgers University–New Brunswick. During their time at Rutgers, they focused on Communications and Minor in Labor Studies. In February 2021, they also obtained the SHRM-CP certification from the SHRM institution.
