Inside Sales Supervisor at Priority1

Joshua Sagar has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Joshua started their career as a Sales Associate at Shoe Carnival, Inc. in 2014. Joshua then worked as a Recreation Aide at Maumelle Parks and Recreation Department in 2015, where they gained experience in managing sports facilities and providing score keeping services. In 2017, they became a Server at Beef 'O' Brady's, where they excelled in customer service and also took on the responsibility of training new hires.

Also in 2017, Joshua started their own photography business, Joshua Sagar Photography. As a Photographer, they successfully managed their business, secured clients through social media marketing, and collaborated with various personalities and professional photographers to create impactful images. Joshua also took on photography roles at Thursday Boot Company, where they scheduled photoshoots, edited images, and delivered engaging content for advertising and promotions.

In 2018, Joshua interned at Content Titan as a Photography Intern, creating digital media for different clients and delivering high-quality images. Joshua also worked as a Recreation Aide once again at Maumelle Parks and Recreation Department, providing a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and assisting with sports events.

In 2019, Joshua continued to pursue their passion for photography and interned at Priority1, a logistics company, as an Account Manager. Joshua was responsible for growing and maintaining a book of business through cold calls and follow ups. Joshua later became a Senior Account Manager and took on the additional responsibility of training an operations person to handle their accounts.

In 2020, Joshua was promoted to Inside Sales Team Lead at Priority1. In this role, they are in charge of growing and maintaining a team of sales reps, as well as conducting interviews and hiring new candidates.

Throughout their work experience, Joshua has demonstrated strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Joshua is experienced in client management, marketing, and meeting deadlines.

Joshua Sagar attended Little Rock Catholic High School from 2012 to 2016. During this time, they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. After completing high school, Joshua went on to University of Arkansas, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an Organizational Leadership Concentration. Joshua attended the university from 2016 to 2020. In addition to their formal education, Joshua also obtained certifications in Marketing Ethics and Project Management Simplified from LinkedIn in October 2019.
