Kailon began their career in 2016 as a Facility Manager at the University of Central Arkansas, where they were responsible for managing the HPER Center. In 2020, they joined DICK'S Sporting Goods as a Team Lead Manager, overseeing a team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Currently, they work at Priority1 as an Inside Sales Representative, utilizing their sales skills to drive business growth.
