Lauren H. has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Lauren started their career in 2004 as a General Manager at The Bambini Companies, where they successfully onboarded, trained, and scheduled a large team, achieved food cost and labor goals, and created innovative programs for sales, catering, fundraising, and training. From 2009 to 2016, they worked as a Food and Beverage Server at Evivva Bar and Eatery. In 2013, they took on the role of an Administrative Assistant at Stevenson Crane Service, Inc. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Catering Sales Manager at Alonti Catering Kitchen, where they developed new accounts, exceeded quarterly sales quotas, and showcased strong communication and negotiation skills. From 2019 to 2020, they served as a Regional Catering Sales Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works, where they achieved sales growth, implemented innovative sales strategies, and trained fellow Catering Sales Managers. In 2021, they became an Account Executive at Yellow, where they remained until June 2023. Lauren is currently working as a Territory Manager at Priority1.

Lauren H. attended the Downers Grove North high school from 2000 to 2004. After completing their high school education, they pursued their tertiary studies at the College of DuPage from 2010 to 2013. During their time at the College of DuPage, Lauren pursued a field of study in General Studies, although they did not graduate with a degree.
