Lauren Rodgers

Lauren Rodgers has a diverse work experience history. Lauren began their career as an Instructor at ShowMakers of America in 2014. Lauren then moved on to work in the education sector, holding positions as the Assistant Director of Dance and later as the Director of Dance at Klein ISD from 2013 to 2019. Lauren's career then transitioned to the logistics industry, starting as a Territory Manager at Priority1 in July 2019. Lauren consistently achieved exceptional results, winning awards and exceeding forecasts in 2019. Lauren later advanced to the role of Senior Territory Manager, where they specialized in streamlining operational efficiencies and maximizing bottom line performance. Lauren then became the Regional Sales Manager for the North Houston region, where they utilized their skills in Power BI and Adhoc Reporting to optimize client fiscal visibility. Currently, Lauren serves as the Director of Sales Training at Priority1, beginning in 2022. Overall, their experience demonstrates a strong background in sales, customer relations, and strategic consulting.

Lauren Rodgers attended Texas Tech University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Dance.
