Jamie Free is the Director of Corporate Wellness at Priority Life Care, LLC and Co-Founder of Masters Fitness Championship, the largest masters-only CrossFit competition in the world. Jamie also serves as Co-Owner of Crossfit Trivium, LLC, President and CEO of Two-Seven Health and Wellness, and was previously the Owner of Max Muscle Cool Springs. With a background in business administration and management, Jamie brings over a decade of experience as a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer, CrossFit coach, mobility coach, and Olympic lifting coach to the industry.
