Daniela Osu

Daniela Osu is a psychotherapist who graduated in Modern Languages from Siena University, Italy. After moving to London, they spent over 12 years in high-status international roles in the financial industry before obtaining a Diploma and Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis from Imperial College, London, followed by an MSc in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy from Goldsmiths College. With over 21 years of practice, Daniela is fully qualified in EMDR and has worked extensively at the Priory Hospital and in private practice, focusing on various emotional and psychological challenges. They also support elite athletes as a Sports Psychotherapist, leading workshops and sessions aimed at achieving optimal outcomes.
