Shell Widjaew

Shell Widjaew is currently the Assessment and Transition Director at Priory Group, where they leverage extensive experience in the health and social care sector, focusing on autism, learning disabilities, and mental health. Since 2001, they have held various management roles, effectively improving failing services to reach full compliance, including a notable turnaround from an "inadequate" to a "GOOD" rating in just over six months. They co-founded Problem Parrots, a charity offering support and rescue services for parrot owners since 2008. Shell has also worked as a registered manager and specialist advisor across multiple organizations and obtained education from the University of Birmingham from 2017 to 2021.
