Senior Strategic Energy Management Coach at Prism Engineering

Shannon Hardman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in energy management and sustainability. Currently serving as a Strategic Energy Management Coach at Prism Engineering since November 2021, Shannon previously held positions as Project Manager and Administration Group Lead at Allnorth Consultants Limited from October 2019 to November 2021. Prior roles include Energy Management Coordinator and Sustainability Coordinator at the City of Kamloops from June 2013 to April 2019, and Lead, Public Information and Public Engagement Specialist at the David Suzuki Foundation from March 2008 to June 2013. Earlier in career, Shannon worked as an Environmental Health Safety Coordinator at Suncor Energy and as a Crew Leader & Wildland Fire Technician with the BC Ministry of Forests. Academically, Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Environmental Education and Communication from Royal Roads University and a Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Sociology from the University of Calgary.
