Will Madden

Will Madden is a Senior Engineering Manager with expertise in web technologies, particularly in JavaScript and Ruby on Rails. Beginning their career in Melbourne in 2007, they co-founded an education startup in Berlin before transitioning to a VP of Engineering role at Klara, where they restructured the organization and guided technical direction. Will later became VP of Engineering at Remerge, focusing on internal tools and engineering processes, and co-founded Thunder Labs in 2021 to develop the app Connected Living. Currently, Will serves as a Senior Engineering Manager at Prisma following a role as Frontend Tech Lead at Flightcontrol. They hold a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Melbourne.
