Shay Barner

Shay Barner is the Head of Projects at Prisma Photonics, bringing over a decade of experience in project and operations leadership within large-scale organizations. Previously, they served as a Projects and Operations Team Lead at Moovit, where they built high-performing teams and implemented initiatives that enhanced project efficiency. Shay has also held roles such as PMO Team Leader at Payoneer and Project Manager Officer at Verint, demonstrating expertise in project management methodologies and operational improvements. They hold a B.S. in Information Systems Engineering from Ben-Gurion University and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
