Katie Poling

Katie Poling has a diverse range of work experience. Katie started their career in 2016 as a Host at Mai Thai, where they managed takeout orders, answered phone calls, and organized seating arrangements. In 2017, they interned at the U.S. House of Representatives, where they conducted legislative research, communicated with constituents, and gave tours of the Capitol. In 2018, they interned again at the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Education and the Workforce, where they wrote summaries of hearings, conducted research on education policies, and prepared student loan budget analysis.

Katie then worked as a Host at Outback Steakhouse in 2019, where they resolved customer complaints, handled customer requests, and built relationships with regular customers. In 2020, they worked as a Sales Associate at Toast, Inc., and as an Account Executive at Mercato, where they were involved in sales and customer service.

From 2021 to 2022, Katie served as a Staffing Manager at Randstad USA, where they managed staffing operations. In 2022, they joined Omaha National as a Sales and Marketing Representative, contributing to sales and marketing efforts. Most recently, they are working as a Sales Development Representative at Prismatic.

Throughout their various roles, Katie has gained experience in customer service, sales, marketing, research, and project management.

Katie Poling obtained their High School Diploma from Bishop Ireton HS between the years 2012 and 2016. Subsequently, they attended the University of Virginia from 2018 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics.
