Jonathan Ochs is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at PrismHR since April 2023, Jonathan previously held key positions such as Director of Engineering at Alight Solutions and Owner/Founder/CEO at Rolling Leaf. With a solid foundation in software development as a Senior Developer at Hodges-Mace and earlier positions at TRC Solutions, Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in engineering management and application development. Jonathan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Baker College of Flint and furthered education at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
