Rob Roberts

Rob Roberts has extensive experience in various roles related to user experience (UX), product management, and design. Rob currently serves as the Director of User Experience (UX) at PrismHR, where they focus on enabling small and medium-sized businesses to attract and retain employees. Prior to this, they worked as an Independent NoCode Development & Design Consultant at Massive Plans LLC. Rob also has experience as a NoCode Startup Studio Instructor at Babson College and as a Bubble NoCode Instructor at Bubble.

Earlier in their career, Rob held the role of Senior Principal Business & UX Architect at CGI, where they were involved in digital transformation projects and received awards for their work. Rob also served as an Adjunct Professor of Management (Entrepreneurship/Innovation) at Bentley University, teaching courses on entrepreneurial thinking. Additionally, they worked as a Principal PM & UX Consultant at Brightidea, assisting enterprises with collaborative innovation management.

Rob has a background in entrepreneurship coaching and guest speaking at Bentley University Entrepreneurship Program. Rob has also held leadership positions in companies such as Bescover, where they served as the VP of Product & Design, and MyPerfectGig, where they also held the role of VP of Product & Design. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in user experience design, agile product management, and product roadmap development.

Rob Roberts has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Information Systems from Bentley University. Rob also completed a 2-year Management Training program called DIS Global Development Program at HP. In addition, they have studied in the Artificial Intelligence Solutions Program at HP.
